Ответчик подал встречный иск на расторжение договора с банком. Правда просил расторгнуть договор задним числом.

Результат: Банку отказано в удовлетворении иска. Встречный иск удовлетворён частично – договор расторгнут по решению суда.
Вывод: Банк считал, что срок исковой давности (СИД) не пропущен так как в своё время выдавался судебный приказ (СП).
Суд с доводом истца не согласился – СП не останавливает СИД, так как СП был отменён.

At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
